Well, John Madden has retired as has Brett Farve (for real this time) ... so my little baby Jason will have to begin his fanatical career as a football fan without those two legendary football heros. BUT, never fear ... Chris Collinsworth is here!! What an apt replacement for Madden on Sunday Night Football!! Although he will never be able to write on the screen and shout about the plays liek ol' Madden, and he will probably travel via air rather than bus, Collinsworth is a worthy successor. He's always been my favorite on HBO and then last year he was on some other channel. So tonight is the first pre-season game where they announce the Hall of Fame 2009 inductees, including Randall McDaniel from the Minnesota Vikings, and who from the bears???? Oh yeah, NO ONE!!!
Wow, now that's a bruiser - he looks like a mean, lean, football machine!!
